Kaeam Bamboo Salt originated from Buddhist temple in Korea with thousands years history. It is made from sun-dried salt which is filled into the hollow of a bamboo trunk that has been cut into sections. This is then burnt repeatedly nine times with pure yellow-ocher and pine wood, in a kiln to 1,000 ~ 1,500°C to eliminate heavy metals and toxins. The salt absorbs minerals from the sun-dried salt, bamboo and yellow-ocher.
It contains lots of essential minerals and micronutrients. It has a high content of phosphorus, potassium, copper, zinc and sulfur etc., Making it beneficial for all. It also has a exceedingly high reductive power (ORP).
