* Nature: Ginsan is a polysaccharide
containing 50.0～60.0% of carbohydrate. Structure of this polysaccharide
was presumed α(1→6) glucopyranose and β(2→6)fructofuranose as
shown below ;

Origin:
Ginsan is extracted with water, precipitated with 80% ethanol, filtrated
with membrane, and drived from root of Panax ginseng C. A. Meyer.
